Monthly Maintenance (Post-Launch)

Maintenance invoiced monthly. First invoice raised 30 days after Milestone 5. Rate increases by 10% per year, not compounded.

03Late payments attract 2% simple interest per month on outstanding amount
04All milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone is delivered
